Warm-up:
4 rds
5/3 chin-up
10 pass through
10 O/H Squat
1 lap duck walk

Strength:
5x Complex

3 Power cleans
3 Front squat
3 Push Press
3 Back squat
3 Overhead squat
3 lunge steps each leg with the bar overhead
-don’t let the barbell touch the ground.
-try to increase weight if total complex is completed.
-rest 90 sec to 2 min between attempts.

400 m run
15 O/H Squat (95/65)
