Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Strength:
The hangover
For 6 rounds, superset the following:
3 Thruster (work to a peak)
3 Weighted Pull-up
20 double unders or 30 singles
Rest 60s between rounds.
-note that this is to be done as strength work, not a met con
-increase the weight on the thrusters and pull-ups as you go.

Conditioning:
5 Rds
5 Kb Snatch (R) 53/35
5 Kb Snatch (L)
5 Kb Clean (R)
5 Kb Clean (L)
5 Kb Front Squat (R)
5 Kb Front Squat (L)
*** 5/3 burpees every minute on the minute***
