Advanced Strength:
7 Rds
3 Power Snatch
10 Burpee
60 sec rest
then…
2×8 Tap and Go Power Snatch @ 75%
60 sec rest

Conditioning:
Swinging Cindy
20 min Amrap
5 Kb Swing (70/44)
10 Push-up
