Warm-up:
8 min
30 sec Air dyne Sprint
5 Push up
10 goblet squat

Beginner Strength:
8×3 Thruster
90 sec rest
-I would recommend practicing your double unders during the rest !

Advanced Strength:
7 sets
5 Thrusters
5 Weighted or Strict Chest to bar Pull-ups
60 sec rest
Then 2×8 Thruster@80% of best set of 5
60 sec rest

Conditioning:
15 min Amrap:
5 Front Squat (155/95)
7 HSPU (sub kb strict press)
30 Double Unders
