Warm-up:
5 min of zone 1 cardio (light/moderate)
hip and shoulder mobility

Strength:
5 sets
10 DeadLift
5 Box Jump
10 Strict Press
-60 sec rest
-increase weight and height as you go.
then…
2 sets of deadlift and press @75%

Conditioning:
Teams of 2
5 Rds
6 Muscle-Ups (sub 18 pull-ups)
14 C&J (135/95)
30 Pistols
-0ne person works at a time.
