Advanced Strength:

3 Weighted CTB Pull-ups
60 sec rest
-increase weight as the sets go.
then…
2 sets
10 Thrusters @ 60%
max effort Pull-ups
60 sec rest

Conditioning:

5 DeadLift (135/95)
5 Hang Clean
5 Shoulder to OverHead
2 min rest
6 min Amrap
5 DeadLift (95/65)
5 Hang Clean
5 Shoulder to OverHead
