Young Guys putting in some serious work at 8pm!

Warm-up:
Wilder St. Run
3 rds
5 Goblet Squat (with 3 second hold at bottom)
10 Pass Through
10 O/H Squat

Strength:
9 Sets
2 O/H Squat
2 Weighted or Strict RingDip
2 Weighted or Strict Chin-up
-60 sec rest
then…
2×10 O/H Squat @ 70%
2 min rest

Conditioning:
7 min
Burpees (6 inch target)
-the target should be a minimum of 6 inch from the figer tip of your fully extended arm.
