Warm-up:

Beginner Strength:
8×2 Power Snatch
90 sec Rest

Advanced Strength:
Teams of 2
7×5 Power Snatch
-rest only as long as it takes for partner to do set and change weights
– note, you may have to go lighter than expected to keep wit the time demands.

Conditioning:
20 min

10 Hang Squat Clean (115/75)
5 HSPU
