Back Squat
Weighted Pull-up
60 sec rest
– Athletes that cannot do weighted pull-ups,  2 max effort negative holds and 3 jumping pull-ups
-athletes that can’t do weighted push-ups, do strict or negatives.

Conditioning:
5 Rds
5 Box Jump (30/24)
10 KTE
15 KB SDHP
20 Goblet Squat
25 Double Unders
