Warm-up:
800 m Run
Hip/ shoulder/ and ankle mobility

Beginner Strength:
7×6 BackSquat
2 min rest
-during rest period, perform 3 goblet squat and 5 band pull-aparts(in front of shoulders to work on mobility.

Advanced Strength:
7 sets
6 Front Squat
60 sec rest
3 Power Clean
60 sec rest
-work to a peak in both movements.

Conditioning:
21-15-9
Thruster (105/75)
Box Jump
Cash out: 50 Shoot Throughs (on Parallettes)
