Warm-up:
7 min
30 sec airdyne
10 Pass throughs
10 O/H Squat
10 Snatch Balance
1 lap duck walk

Beginner Strength:
2×6 Muscle Snatch (high hang)
then…
8×3 Hang Power Snatch
60 sec rest between

Advanced Strength:
7×5 Hang Snatch
75 sec rest
3×6 Snatch Pull (from floor) at 100% of heaviest snatch
75 sec rest

Conditioning:
WoodChipper
100 Kb Swing (53/35)
80 Double Under
60 Kb DeadLift
40 Push-up
20 Goblet Squat
10 Burpee over bell
then back up!
