Shoulder Stabilization work (Y,T,M, etc…)

Strength:

8 sets
3 Strict Press
3 Weighted Pull-ups
-Athletes that cannot do strict or weighted pull-ups, 2 max effort holds with chin over the bar followed by controlled negative decent.

Conditioning:
20 minute Amrap:
10 cal Row
10 TTB
10 Ring Dips
10 Box Overs
