Winter Work 2/11/15

Warm-up:
7 min
10 Hollow Rocks
10 Squat Jumps
1 Shuttle Run

Beginner Strength:
7 sets
4 Back Squat
5 Goblet Squat (for mobility)
5 Band pull-aparts

Advanced Strength:
7 sets
4 Back Squat
5 Power Clean (tap and go)
-work to a peak in both lifts.

Conditioning:
8 Rds
1 DeadLift (315/225)
10 WallBall
10 Burpee
-DeadLift Weight should be 85-90% of 1RM, so scale as needed
-Male sure to take your time and set up before the lift!
