Beginner Strength:
2×6 Muscle Snatch from position 2 (hang just below knee)
8×3 Hang Snatch
60 sec rest

Advanced Strength:
8×3 Hang Snatch
rest 75-90 sec between sets.
3×6 Snatch Pull (from floor) @105-110% 0f heaviest set
75-90 sec rest

24 minutes
1st Min: 15 Russian Swings (70/44)
then complete suicides for the remainder of the minute.
2nd Min: Rest
-go all out during the working minute!
