10-15 minutes of skill work
-choose a weakness!

Strength:
7 sets
3 Thrusters
60 sec Rest
5 Weighted Pull-ups
60 sec rest
-work to a peak.

Conditioning:
10-1
Shoulder to O/H
Burpees over the Bar
*20 Double Unders after every round
-choose your weight based on how your body feels.
