Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice

Beginner Strength:
8 sets
2 Strict Press
15 sec hold with chin over the bar, followed by controlled decent.
60 sec rest

Advanced Strength:
9 sets
2 Strict Press (increase weight only if both reps are made)
2 Weighted Pull-up
then..
2x ME Pull-ups(unweighted)

Conditioning:
6 Min Amrap
10 Hang Clean (115/85)
10 Burpee

2 Min Rest

6 Min Amrap
10 Front Squat
10 Kb Swing (53/35)
