Advanced Strength:
9 sets
1 Hang Snatch
1 Snatch
90 sec rest
Then…
2×4 Snatch Pull @ 110% (from floor)

Conditioning:
10-1
OverHead Squat (115/85)
*1 Rope climb after every round.
