Beginner Strength:
8×3 Hang Power Snatch +2 O/H Squat
75 sec rest

Advanced Strength:
8 sets
2 Hang Snatch
1 Snatch
75 sec Rest
then…
2×6 O/H Squat @ heaviest weight of complex

Conditioning:
12 Min Amrap
10 Front Squat (115/85)
10 Burpee
