10 minutes
even L-sit
odd Double Unders

Beginner Strength:
7×5 Back Squat
75 sec rest

Advanced Strength:
7 Sets
5 Back Squat (no heavier than 70%) work on bouncing out of the bottom
5 Power Clean(tap and Go) no heavier than 70 %

Conditioning:
5 Min Amrap
5 HSPU
5 TTB (make sure NOT to rip your Hands)

2 min rest

5 min Amrap
5 Shoulder to O/H (135/95)
5 Box Overs
