Warm-up:
30 cal row
then…
10 minutes of Double under/ Pistol work

Strength:
8 sets
3 Push-Press
60 sec rest
3 Speed DeadLift
60 sec rest
– keep the weight light(60%) and focus on technique.
-for deadlift, keep reps fast.

Conditioning:
6×3 min Amrap
5 Hang Clean(135/95)
5 WallBall (20/14)
1 min rest between rounds.
