10 Hollow Rocks

Beginner Strength:
8×2 Back Squat
75 sec rest

Advanced Strength
10 sets
3 Back Squat
1 Power Clean
– go heavy if you’re body is feeling good.

Conditioning:
4 rds
400 M run
5 HSPU
10 Hang Clean (135/95)
10 Front Rack Lunges
