Warm-up:
10 minutes to work on skill of choice.

Beginner Strength:
2×5 Muscle Clean
60 sec rest
Power Clean & Jerk
3, 2, 2, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1
-you’re allowed to go heavy!

Advanced Strength:
Every 2 minutes for 16 minutes (8 sets)
2 Thrusters (from floor)
5 Weighted Pull-ups

Conditioning:
15 min Amrap
5 Dip
7 TTB
9 Kb Swing
