1 O/H Squat
-75 sec rest

Advanced Strength:
EOMOM for 14 minutes (7 sets)
3 Snatch (up to 80% of 1 RM)

Conditioning:
21 Minutes
1st min-15 Kb Swings (70/44)
2nd min- 15 WallBalls
3rd min- 30 Double Under
– scale as needed
