Back Squat

Advanced Strength:
EOMOM for 8 min
5 Back Squat (no higher than 65%)
then…
2×10 Back Squat (AHAP)

Conditioning:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Squat Clean
200 m run
