Warm-up:
10 minutes
10 Push-up
10 Goblet Squat
10 Shoot Throughs

Beginner Strength:
2×5 Muscle Clean
60 sec rest
then
6×3 Power Clean& jerk
75 sec rest

Advanced Strength:
EOMOM for 12 Minutes (6 sets)
3 Clusters
-a cluster is a squat clean and a thruster.
-increase weight as you go.

Conditioning:
Buy in– 750 m row
5 rds
10 Push Press
20 Jumping Lunges
Cash out– 750 m row
