10 goblet squat
10 Dbl Mtn Climbers
10 Lunge steps
3 inch worms

Beginner Strength:
Every 2 Min for 22 minutes(10 sets)
DeadLift
5reps@ 50%
5reps@ 60%
5reps@ 70%
8×3@80%

Advanced Strength:
DeadLift
5reps@ 50%
5reps@ 60%
5reps@ 70%
then…
10 minutes to get as many reps at 80% of 1RM(using singles, double,s and triples only)
-Athletes can break off in pairs to share a bar and/or gauge rest periods.

Conditioning:
15 min Amrap
15 Power Snatch (75/45)
10 TTB
5 Burpee
