This is the week that we raise money for a very brave little girl. Get your tickets and get involved!

Warm-up:
10 min of Skill Work.

Beginner Strength:
16 minutes
Even- 4 Bench Press
Odd- 3 Chin-ups
-Athletes that cannot do chin-ups, do negatives and or Tempo ring rows (4 sec ascent, 4 sec descent)

Advanced Strength:
18 minutes
Even- 4 Bench Press ( try to go 5-10 % heavier than last week)
Odd- 3 Weighted Chin-ups ( work to a peak)

Conditioning:
Elizabeth
21-15-9
Power Clean (135/95)
Ring Dip
-10 min cap
then
~Rest 5 minutes~
1 K Row
– score is total time including rest.
