Warm-up:
1 Mile Run (very easy pace)
Hip Mobility

Beginner Strength:

Every 2 Min for 22 minutes
Back Squat
5 reps @ 50%
5 reps @ 60%
5 reps @70%
8×3 @ 80%

Advanced Strength
Back Squat
5 reps @ 50%
5 reps @ 60%
5 reps @70%
then…
10 Minutes to get as many reps as possible at 80% of 1 RM (using 1,2,0r 3 reps only!)

Conditioning:
5 Rds
10 Thrusters (95/65)
2 rope climb
