Coach’s Choice.

Beginner Strength:
2×6 Muscle Snatch
60 sec rest
2×3 High Hang Snatch
60 sec rest
5×2 Hang Snatch
60 sec rest

Advanced Strength:
Every 2 min for 16 minuets
1 snatch RDL
2 Hang Snatch
then…
2×6 O/H Squat (using heaviest weight of complex)

Conditioning:
20 min
1st min-
10 Cal row
10 Box Jumps
2nd Min-
Rest
– scale by taking 1 cal and 1 rep off until it can be completed
