Spring Strength 5/11/15

Warm-up:
10 min
10 goblet squat
10 Dbl Mtn Climbers
10 Lunge steps
3 inch worms

Beginner Strength:
Every 2 Min for 24 minutes(12 sets)
DeadLift
3reps@ 50%
3reps@ 60%
3reps@ 70%
3reps@80%
8×2 @ 85%

Advanced Strength:
DeadLift
3reps@ 50%
3reps@ 60%
3reps@ 70%
3reps@ 80%

then…
12 minutes to get as many reps at 85% of 1RM(using singles, doubles only)
-Athletes can break off in pairs to share a bar and/or gauge rest periods.

Conditioning:
5 rds
10 TTB
20 Shoulder to O/H (95/65)
30 Double Unders
