Spring Strength 5/13/15

6am crew doing some extra credit core work .

Warm-up:
800 m Run
Shoulder Stability work (3×7 Y T M)

Beginner Strength:

Every 2 Min for 24 minutes
Back Squat
3 reps @ 50%
3 reps @ 60%
3 reps @70%
3 reps @80%
8×2 @ 85%

Advanced Strength
Back Squat
3 reps @ 50%
3 reps @ 60%
3 reps @70%
3 reps @80%
then…
12 Minutes to get as many reps as possible at 85% of 1 RM (using 1, or 2 reps only!)

Conditioning:
1K Row
75 Wall Balls
1 K Row
