Warm-up:
10 minutes
10 cal row
10 Wall Squats
10 Pass throughs
10 Snatch Balance

Beginner Strength:
2×6 Muscle Snatch
60 sec rest
2×3 High Hang Snatch
60 sec rest
every 2 min for 10 min( 5 sets)
2 hang squat snatch

Advanced Strength:
every 2 min for 20 minutes (10 sets)
1 Snatch RDL
1 Hang Squat Snatch
then…
2X4 O/H Squat with heaviest weight of the day.

Conditioning:

5 rounds of:
In 3 minutes
Run 200 m
15 AbMat sit-ups
Max reps O/H squats in remaining time (pick load, no rack)
Rest 2 minutes
-your score is the total number of O/H squats
