Every 90 sec for 18 minutes

3@ 70%
3@ 80%
8×3 @ 85%

Advanced Strength:
8 minutes to complete
Strict Press
3@ 50%
3@ 60%
3@ 70%
3@ 80%
then…
12 minutes to complete as many singles, and doubles ONLY at 85%

Conditioning:
Teams of 2
Every 30 seconds for 10 minutes
5 Heavy WallBalls (30/20)
5 Burpee
1 min rest
9 min Amrap
10 Ring Dip
10 BallSlam
-alternate every round.
