Warm-up:

Max Effort handstand hold
10 goblet squats w/ pause at bottom
Max Effort L-sit
10 Up/ Downs

Strength:
DeadLift
Every 90 sec for 12 minutes
3 @ 50%
3 @ 60%
3 @ 70%
5×3 @ 75%

Conditioning:

4 Rounds of Max Reps:
1 Min Thruster (95/65)
1 Min Toes to Bar
1 Min Max Cal Row
1 Min Rest
