Program Note- We will be doing the CrossFit Total on Wednesday. Be prepared to Squat, Press & DeadLift. Make sure to mobilize, rest and recover.
5 Min of Shoulder Stability (3×5 YTM)
10 Min of Skill Work
Rope Climbing and Double Unders

Turkish Get Up
20 minutes to review/ introduce movement and work up to moderate weight.

8 rounds
3 TGU (R) arm
10 wallballs
20 dubs
3 TGU, (L) arm
Stop sign run.
