Spring Strength 5/27/15

SONY DSC* Show up at least 15 minutes before class, warm up and be ready to put weight on the bar at the beginning of class.
CrossFit Total

0-20 Minute
1 RM Squat
20-40 Minute
1 RM Strict Press
40-60 Minute
1 RM DeadLift
-if you hit your peak before the allotted time, you may move to the next movement.
-don’t forget Oly shoes, belt, knee and or wrist wraps and whatever else you need.
