Warm-up:

5 min of shoulder and hip mobility

Beginner Strength:
Every 2 Min for 16 minutes (8 sets)
5 Back Squat

Advanced Strength:
Every 2:30Min for 20 min (8 sets)
5 Back Squat
3 Push Press (from floor)
– work to a peak in both lifts.

Conditioning:
15 min Amrap
3 Clusters (squat clean thruster) (115/85)
6 Burpee
20 Double Unders
