Summer of Strength 6/2/15

Warm-up:
10 minutes of skill work.

Beginner Strength:
2×5 muscle clean
60 sec rest
Every 90 sec for 12 minutes (8 sets)
3 High Hang Clean (full clean)

Advanced Strength:
Every 2:30 for 20 minutes
6 Bench Press
complex
1 Clean RDL
2 Hang Clean
2 Front Squat
1 Jerk
-you have 2:30 to complete the bench press and the complex.
-work to a peak in both movements.

Conditioning:
4 rds
5 HSPU (sub 1 Wall walk, or 15 sec handstand hold)
10 Snatch (95/65)
15 TTB
