Warm-up:
10 min of Skill work.
Double Under/ Pull-up/ Handstand

Beginner Strength:
Every 2 min for 18 minutes (9 sets)
4 Back Squat
– Athletes should attempt to go 5-10% higher than last week.

Advanced Strength:
Every 2:30 for 23 min (9 sets)
4 Back Squat
2 Push Press (from the floor)

Conditioning:
20 Min Cap
3 Rds
20 TTB
20 DeadLift
20 Hang Clean
20 Shoulder to O/H
