Warm-up:
6 minutes of easy paced row
shoulder Stability work (YTM)

Beginner Strength:
1×5 Muscle Clean
60 sec rest
1×3 High Hang Clean
then…
Every 90 sec for 12 min (8 sets)
3 Hang Squat Clean

Advanced Strength:
Every 2:30 for 20 min (8 sets)
5 Bench Press
2 Clean RDL
1 Hang Clean
2 Front
-work to a peak in both.
-try to go 5-10% heavier.

Conditioning:
For Time
40 WallBall
10 Double Unders
30 WallBall
20 Double Unders
20 WallBall
30 Double Unders
10 WallBall
40 Double Unders
-Every 90 seconds do 5 Burpees
