Hi Kyle!

Warm-up:
10 Minutes of Skill Work
Rope Climb, HandStand, Double Under

Beginner Strength:
2×5 Muscle Snatch
60 sec rest
Every 2 min for 14 minutes (7 sets)
3 Hang Squat Snatch

Advanced Strength:
Every 2 Min for 18 Minutes (9 sets)
1 Snatch RDL
2 Hang Squat Snatch
2 O/H Squat

Conditioning:
20 min
1st min-30 sec Row, then Max O/H Squat with remaining time.
2nd min- Rest
-on the first minute you will row as hard as you can for 30 sec, then perform max o/h squats with the remaining time in the minute.
-your score is total O/H Squats.
-weight is (95/65). Scale as needed.
