Even- 2 Thrusters
Odd- 5 Bent Over Row

Conditioning:
12 min
3 Power Clean (155/105)
3 HSPU
6 Power Clean
6 HSPU
9 Power Clean
9 HSPU
Etc…
-sub 1 wall walk for every 3 HSPU
