Beginner Strength:

– try to go 4-7% heavier than last week.

Advanced Strength:
Every 2:30 for 23 min (9 sets)
3 Back Squat
Push Press
3,3,3,2,2,1,1,1,1
-you have 2:30 to complete 3 Back Squat and Push Press using the rep scheme above.

Conditioning:
10 min Cap
50 WallBall
30 Snatch (95/65)
Max Effort Chest to bar/ Pull-up
-you have 10 minutes to complete 50 WB, 30 Snatch, and as many pull-ups with the remaining time.
