2×5 Snatch Balance
60 sec rest
Every 2 min for 14 min (7 sets)
2 Squat Snatch (floor)

Advanced Strength:
Every 2 min for 20 min (10 sets)
2 Snatch RDL
1 Hang Squat Snatch
1 O/H Squat

Conditioning:
For Time
75 O/H Squat (95/65)
-Every Time you drop the Bar, 5 Ring Dip, 5 SDHP
