Beginner Strength:
Every 2 Min for 18 min (9 sets)
Back Squat

2@ 75%

2@ 86%
2@ 89%
2@ 92%
-if you don’t know your 1 RM, attempt a weight 3-5% heavier than last week.

Advanced Strength:
Every 2:30 for 23 minutes (9 sets)
2 Back Squat
3 Push-Press -Do not exceed 75%!

Conditioning:
10 Minute AMRAP
5 Hang Squat Cleans (155/105)
7 Bar Facing Burpees
