Warm-up:
10 Min of Skill work
Dubs/ HSPU/ Rope Climb/ Pistols

Beginner Strength:
2×5 Snatch Balance
60 sec rest
Every 2 min for 12 min
(complex)
1 Hang Snatch (above knee)
1 Hang Snatch (below knee)
1 Snatch (floor)
– you may put the bar down if needed.

Advanced Strength:
Every 90 sec for 15 min (10 sets)
1 Snatch RDL
1 Hang Snatch

Conditioning:
Every 5 Min for 20 min
400 m run
then..
Amrap with the remaining time
1 rope Climb
5 HSPU
10 Pistols (alternating)
