Advanced Strength:
18 minutes
Even- 3 DeadLift
Odd- 2 Strict Press

Conditioning:
5 Rds
45 sec Cal Row
15 sec rest
45 sec Kb Swing (70/44)
15 sec rest
45 sec Burpee on to #45 Plate
1:15 rest
