Dubs/ Rope Climb/ HSPU

Beginner Strength:
2×3 High Hang Squat Snatch
60 sec rest
Every 2 min for 14 min (7 sets)

Advanced Strength:
Every 2 Min for 18 min (9 sets)
1 Snatch w/ Pause at Knee
2 Hang Snatch
1 O/H Squat
-increase only if the whole complex is completed.

Conditioning:
For Time
50 Hang Clean (135/75)
50 WallBall Situps
50 BallSlam
-every 90 sec 1 rope climb
