These ladies really got the job done Last night. Team USA wins the FIFA World Cup!

Warm-up:
5 min (at an easy pace)
5 Med Ball Clean
5 Push up
5 Ring Row

Strength:
Every 2:30 for 20 min (8 sets)
5 Back Squat
5 Dbl KB Row
– work to a peak
– try to hit 75% of your 1RM

Conditioning:
21-15-9
Push Press (105/75)
Pull-up
*50 Double Unders after Every Rd
