Warm-up:
10 min Skill Work
Dubs/ Pistols/ Rope Climb

Beginner Strength:
1×5 Muscle Clean
60 sec rest
2×3 High Hang Squat Clean
60 sec rest
Then…
Every 2 min for 16 min
3 Squat Clean

Advanced Strength:
18 Minutes (9 sets)
Even-
1 Clean Pull
2 Squat Clean
Odd-
3 Push Press
– work to a peak in both.

Conditioning:
15 min
5 Hang Clean (155/105)
10 Push Up
200 M Run
